Care Connect, LLC is a non-medical home care agency providing home care services to seniors and disable individuals. We care for clients with Dementia/Alzheimer's Parkinson's, stroke recovery, respite care, among other services, end of life or just simple companion care.

Care Connect, LLC is here to be of assistance with a life-changing event and assisting in adjusting to their new norm. As part of Care Connect, we connect our clients to different suit of services, such as hair salon's that will provide in-home visits to home-bound clients at a fair fee. We have partnership with several fall prevention providers to get our customers the equipment that best fit the need.

We can assist with meals on wheels set up, Visiting Nurse Agencies, End of Life Agencies and care, Elder Care Attorneys, Assisted Living Facilities, Independent Living Facilities and much more!
